Dominic brings over 40 years of experience across UK and international insurance and reinsurance markets, specialising in product design and innovation. He was the co-founder of a new type of protection product which won a Cover Award for innovation.   

Hugo has worked in the London, regional and international insurance markets for over 40 years, predominantly as a broker and with active participation in the MGA sector. He has held several senior regulated positions and continues to be actively involved in the market.
